Mehrmals wiederholt. Hörgeräte angemacht, ausgemacht , mehrmals. Immer Bitte warten und dann dauert es ewig und am Ende „Koppeln fehlgeschlagen“. Wer die App programmiert und verantwortet hat gehört dazu beauftragt die auch zu benutzen. Gibt scheinbar bei Amplifon keine QA, keinen PO, keinen guten Manager und keinen guten CEO. Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf. Die Texte in der App davor um die Hörgeräte zu individualisieren waren unterirdisch (irgendwas mit: um die Dynamik der Geräusche im Dynamikbereich zu erhöhen… bla bla Heide blüht“) Wahrhaft die schlechteste App die ich kenne. ### 5/5 — Amplifon *2026-08-25* Très bonne application ### 5/5 — Improved quality of hearing. *2026-08-20* So far after 8 days; I genuinely feel the benefits of improved hearing on my left ear. Bleibt einfach auf Automatisch . Selbst in der Filiale waren sie etwas sprachlos dass man das nicht mehr über die App steuern kann. Weder eigene Profile noch entsprechende Anpassungen des Hörmodus lassen sich installieren geschweige denn dauerhaft speichern.
