But this app is an issue. It went from constantly being stuck on a losing page, to crashing once it’s opened. Although the logo is attractive I don’t want to sit in a screen for 20 minutes while it “loads”. Please fix the app! ### 1/5 — Love the store, hate the app *2024-05-11* The app is completely nonfunctional. The employees even tell me to use the website instead of the app. I would much prefer to use an app than the website, so I hope you guys are working on an update that will fix all the bugs. It doesn’t appear that the update from 5 months ago did anything. ### 3/5 — Super touch and go *2024-04-05* (This rating has nothing to do with the actual company/brand) Some days the app works really well and is super convenient, but, unfortunately, more often than not there is some page that just will not load. Recently, the last 2-3 days,I haven’t even been able to get into the app to browse; it just remains on the initial page with the company name displayed and buffering, but never loading. Before that started happening the only way I could access my cart with out it buffering without loading was to go to the home page. ### 1/5 — NEEDS UPDATED BAD *2024-04-04* Multiple times my app gets stuck on the loading screen and I cant get into the app. Also when placing a order every time after i submit order the app crashes and doesn't tell the the total amount or the other info. I then have to check my email after to see if the order actually went thru or not. ### 1/5 — App needs serious work *2024-04-03* The dispensary itself is absolutely amazing staff and selection are consistently top of the line regardless of location! However the app and website are so frustrating you’d probably give up trying to order before even getting started. The app rarely loads and if you’re lucky enough to see the homepage any selection you make will leave you staring at a blank page, the never ending spinning wheel of death, or product names without pictures/description. On the rare occasion I can actually add items and view my shopping cart the app crashes as soon as you submit the order and you have to start over. Seems like all the new updates have added bugs and glitches instead of fixing them as the app literally doesn’t work now when before it was slow and buggy but functional. ### 1/5 — Needs to be fixed *2024-03-29* The only thing worse than this app is amplify’s website, which worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. I wanted to take advantage of a sale today but it took me so long to find the products I wanted because the filters are useless and then when it was time to check out I had to submit my order about 5 times because it just kept giving me an error. The actual store and staff are great but whoever takes care of this app needs to be fired. ### 5/5 — Check out basket *2024-03-20* Currently, I’m unable to view my checkout basket. The system keeps timing out.
