Recently, the last 2-3 days,I haven’t even been able to get into the app to browse; it just remains on the initial page with the company name displayed and buffering, but never loading. Before that started happening the only way I could access my cart with out it buffering without loading was to go to the home page. ### 2/5 — Not working properly *2024-02-21* The app will not allow me to check out, I click on the cart and it never opens it just spins. I’ve never placed a successful order on this app. Please put out an update, as it stands I cannot even use it for its intended purpose. ### 2/5 — Links don’t work *2024-01-19* Usually the app is great but whatever they updated destroyed that. The “report bug” and “send feedback” options immediately take you to delete your account. Hope it’s fixed soon ### 2/5 — Store’s good, app’s lousy *2023-07-04* Keeps freezing up when I’m trying to access menu: I get the grey wheel and it stays like that until I’m suddenly back on the desktop and have to log back in again —only for the same thing to happen. When I’m in the cart, trying to add items or check out, again I’m dropped back to the desktop. It’s impossible to place an order now. App is worse than useless, it’s aggravating. Even the staff have told me to skip it and just go to the website (which works, thank god). TL;DR: Stick with the website. ### 2/5 — Why so hard *2023-06-24* The app and website are very confusing to navigate. Huge pics of product that seem to cover the info you wanted. Cannot filter by size/days/weight Cannot filter by low/ high price so you have to navigate through hoping you found what you wanted in this confusing way. However the app leaves much to be desired. They need to really redesign this, such limited functionality and filters. Website also needs a revisit. Update: new release resolves issues. It went from constantly being stuck on a losing page, to crashing once it’s opened. Although the logo is attractive I don’t want to sit in a screen for 20 minutes while it “loads”. Please fix the app! ### 1/5 — Love the store, hate the app *2024-05-11* The app is completely nonfunctional. The employees even tell me to use the website instead of the app. I would much prefer to use an app than the website, so I hope you guys are working on an update that will fix all the bugs. It doesn’t appear that the update from 5 months ago did anything. ### 1/5 — NEEDS UPDATED BAD *2024-04-04* Multiple times my app gets stuck on the loading screen and I cant get into the app. Also when placing a order every time after i submit order the app crashes and doesn't tell the the total amount or the other info. However the app and website are so frustrating you’d probably give up trying to order before even getting started. The app rarely loads and if you’re lucky enough to see the homepage any selection you make will leave you staring at a blank page, the never ending spinning wheel of death, or product names without pictures/description. On the rare occasion I can actually add items and view my shopping cart the app crashes as soon as you submit the order and you have to start over. Seems like all the new updates have added bugs and glitches instead of fixing them as the app literally doesn’t work now when before it was slow and buggy but functional. ### 1/5 — Needs to be fixed *2024-03-29* The only thing worse than this app is amplify’s website, which worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. I wanted to take advantage of a sale today but it took me so long to find the products I wanted because the filters are useless and then when it was time to check out I had to submit my order about 5 times because it just kept giving me an error. Please update your app and consider adjusting your review to reflect your latest experience. ### 1/5 — Come on, it’s 2022 *2022-06-02, version 3.2* The store is awesome and staff are friendly, but the app is frustrating to use. The filter don’t seem to do a whole lot. There should be more options to filter like weight and cost. Most other sites show the price in the product preview but on here it doesn’t. We have to select it to see the cost. The cherry on top of all this the the loading time it takes to get to the menu and when we finally get to it, while scrolling through, the previews for the products don’t even show up leaving us s scrolling through what appears to be a blank page. I get everything can’t be perfect, but compared to every other app you can order something off of, this may be the worst. **Developer response:** We appreciate your review and the insights you've shared. Everyone at amplify In Columbus was super friendly and professional. They have great deals and prices too cheaper than my store and will actually stack an industry discount which is something my store won’t.The way their store is set up is awesome as well.
