### 2/5 — Charger

*2026-07-29, version 3.0.4*

Charging is super slow

### 4/5 — Good

*2026-07-24, version 3.0.4*

Thanks

### 4/5 — Essex CT level 2

*2026-06-20, version 3.0.3*

2 charging spots for EV charging. Very easy to activate using the AmpUp app from your phone. Only issue is that parking is always busy and ice cars would park on it at times.

### 1/5 — Worst charging app

*2026-06-18, version 3.0.3*

The CEO and Head of IT should be fired for how bad this app works. Totally embarrassing deployment that rarely works. Find new leadership.

### 1/5 — Give me your deposit…forever

*2026-06-18, version 3.0.3*

There’s no chargers anywhere I go, but can’t delete my account. If I took $10 from you it’d be call stealing.

### 1/5 — Charging

*2026-06-17, version 3.0.3*

So how can u charge same price from 36A from one car plug in then someone else plug in and cuts charger in 1/2 to 18A wtf

### 1/5 — Charging not charging

*2026-06-17, version 3.0.3*

It is not charging

### 1/5 — Wrong charge

*2026-06-06, version 3.0.3*

The rate is totally wrong if you don’t explicitly click stop

### 1/5 — Convenient but not cheap and sometimes Customerservice can be sketchy

*2026-06-03, version 3.0.3*

Very convenient for me because there was a charging station on my campus. But it’s not always cheap, and there was one instance where there was a malfunction with the charging station and it charged me three times as much as normal, and Customerservice refused to acknowledge the error. They later corrected it, but initially I was essentially told I was lying. Even though I was able to demonstrate that normally during the same time of day and for the same amount of time, the fee was much cheaper.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-06-02, version 3.0.3*

Half the stations in my office parking garage have expire licenses. So they are unable to be used. No thanks. I’ll stick with chargepoint.

### 1/5 — Down Chargers

*2026-05-25, version 3.0.3*

El Matador Condo charge seem to be unusable more than operational. Should have gone with another company

### 3/5 — Why so many pop-up screens to start charging?? Should be ONE click & zero pop-ups to click through

*2026-05-23, version 3.0.3*

Good app, hardware. and interface. Would be nice if they got rid of the 4 pop-ups you have to click through to start charging. News flash, if I scan the QR code with the app, of course I want the charger to turn on

### 3/5 — Could be better

*2026-05-21, version 3.0.3*

I’ve been using these for just over a month. Have run into issues where some chargers don’t work and I find out after I’ve walked away when the app communicates an error. In addition, the cost of charging on top of the cost to park there is absurd. Have limited my use of these due to the cost.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — All 4 chargers failed

*2026-07-30, version 3.0.4*

Tried 8 times on 4 separate chargers in madison, ct. none would work, even though each time they said charge would start momentarily

### 1/5 — Not built for users

*2026-07-29, version 3.0.4*

The map doesn’t work, the app doesn’t send notifications when the charge rate changes. Zero care about customers

### 1/5 — Lack of response and technical support

*2026-07-29, version 3.0.4*

I’ve been having an issue with the Charger installed in my parking spot which does not work. It is hard to get any email response for technical support. I am having to charge in public charging stations even though I have one that’s supposed to be convenient at my home.

### 1/5 — Just wow

*2026-07-28, version 3.0.4*

Took me 30 minutes to get the stupid thing to even work and it’s still never ended up charging my car so I just went to a nearby supercharger. Was awoken at 4:30 this morning while on vacation being told I need to move my car or will be charged $10 an hour because my session is complete and I was charged 27 dollars. Never got a single drop of electricity. They are escalating it to the refund team to see if it’s worthy of a refund lol but I’m still literally being told to move my car as I write this review and my car is nowhere near the charger

### 1/5 — Most chargers are broken and don’t work

*2026-07-22, version 3.0.4*

Poor service all the time

### 1/5 — EV Charger never work!

*2026-07-20, version 3.0.4*

Constant issue with the EV charger at my building, down to one that now is constantly off line!

### 1/5 — Silent About Free Charging

*2026-07-20, version 3.0.4*

Totally silent about how to setup a connection to the Florida Power and Light (FPL) Evolution free charging program. Afraid to try charging at AmpUp chargers.

### 1/5 — Stole money from me

*2026-07-19, version 3.0.4*

Don’t tell you about a minimum credit card purchase.

### 1/5 — Last person to charge

*2026-07-14, version 3.0.4*

Did has been hooked up all day. Only takes 9 hrs to go from 0-100z How do I get a notification or have visibility that the last person has stopped charging and I can hookup? Or the ability to see the charger is open in a one charger neighborhood. It’s 2026. Chargers are not rocket science. ChargePoint is so much better.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-06-19, version 3.0.3*

I have never used an EV charger app that is more unreliable. I’m trying to give you money and it’s impossible because the software is so poorly made.

### 5/5 — About - EV Charging

*2026-06-07, version 3.0.3*

I feel fortunate this pole charger is a block away.
It’s slow charging, so I can walk home. It’s easy, works well, reasonably priced, and I like their app!
