Okay so I never leave reviews but this one deserves it. Amrap (and Abby!) have totally changed how I train. She remembers what I like, checks in when I’m unsure, and helps me tweak things on the fly. I feel like I actually know what I’m doing for once 😂

Honestly wasn’t expecting much but this is next level. The AI coach (mine's named Abby) talks to me and adjusts based on what I have at the gym. When the accessory I need is taken, she just finds a workaround. When something hurts, she tells me how to fix it. All on the spot!! What?? So cool

Other fitness apps gave me a plan, but I had so many questions once I started the workout. This app talks me through each session, adjusts reps and weights on the spot, and I love that I can chat with my coach the second something feels off. My form has improved so much (really like the replies with videos!). It truly feels like a trainer is right there with me.

Been working out on and off my whole life and nice to have a personalized product that keeps it simple and optimizes for getting you a good sweat and a great workout. Super easy to use and easily integrates into your workout routine to help you reach your goals.
