Been using ams for our fleet for years and it seems to be getting worse. When new app was released I had the privilege of using once. Now it will not let me log in at all. All other staff that have access only gain access via old app as they have not upgraded to the new one luckily.....
Now I am left with the pain of having to log in via the website which since the update no longer store’s password so manual input only... we have contacted customer support but had no reply!?!
I now feel it may be time to cancel all and go with another provider…

New update is soo rubbish dosent even let u trial anymore have to look a detailed report every time.

**Developer response:** The new version of the app shows an asset trail and lets you drill down into the individual journeys and see them step by step on the map.  If you're still having issues accessing the information you require with the latest update please contact our support team via the support tool within the app and we'll be happy to help

It’s not working it don’t let me log it!! And when I press forgot password, typed in my email it’s says user don’t exists!!

**Developer response:** The new app uses our new Single Sign On provider for improved security. Please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help you get this issue resolved.

Delivers everything you need and more.
I can see live locations and historic routes instantly. The notifications are fantastic and allowed me to catch a agency driver disconnecting the device .

Everything is updated instantly no page refresh or waiting for information.
The carousel feature is amazing you can swipe left or right on the last location info for your vehicle and it automatically loads the next vehicle and zooms the map instantly.
I can check the location of each vehicle in zoom mode in seconds .
And I can load the whole days movements on the map at a touch of a button .
I have to says it’s the fastest app I have used to show me my vehicle information .
I am constantly on the go so I use this all the time and it’s great .

It’s so easy to find what you want and not get caught up on screens you don't want to be on! I can easily watch the trail of my vehicle and have a report created about it in seconds, after playing around with it for 10 minutes i know it inside out! Its so simple but still packed with features which keep my company running efficiently and effectively!
