FIX YOUR APP. ### 1/5 — App stopped working why? *2023-12-12* Everytime I try to log in it says authentication error. What in the world happened??? ### 1/5 — Noo good *2023-12-06* This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever had in my phone it won’t let me access my money I have to call the number all the time to find out how much money is on my bank account. Then the people on the phone are rude and upset that you’re calling them to find out your information really. I talk to the people on the phone and they tell me they really don’t have much information themselves except your password and pin number I asked the person on the phone a couple of questions but they kept on telling me I really don’t know I really don’t know I really don’t know. I had it set to fingerprint login & that won’t work anymore at all but even when I type in my users& password I’m getting a message that says “Authentication Error. Unable to authenticate” and I know for a fact I’m typing in the correct info! I also tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but that didn’t help either so I don’t know what’s going on.
