Employee Trip Location (admins)
- Live map shows each employee’s name on their location.

- Playback keeps the map centered on the moving marker.
- Optional notes from “Send Location” appear on the map and in a notes strip.

Employees
- “Send Location” sends your position right away; you can add an optional note afterward for admins to see in history.
