After approving our rating tell us reward gone due to the popularity. Most of the 5 star review is fake anyway. Very limited policy, detail of policy is fixed unlike talking to a actual agent. Don't have anything tailored to us. Very general. If you want throw a bunch of money on general insurance go for it. ### 2/5 — Has potential but currently not helpful *2017-10-03, version 2.1.9* Beautiful interface but it doesn't serve its purpose. When the app first launched I uploaded my polices and the information that was given back to me was practically useless. Tried the app again today and the OCR is also redundant. Please focus on solving the initial problem (keeping track of all policies) before trying to monetise (sell more insurance). Would it be possible to add a section that you can select to tick ‘Use the same address’ for dependents instead of filling up the same address to my dependents. Right now it seems to be a useful tool for managing my portfolio. But when it comes to claiming, not sure how policypal can help. A first step would be allowing the user to upload more supporting documents as proof in the even of a dispute.
