I had high hopes since it’s been over a year for most reviews and thought AmTrust would have done an update to fix it - boy was I wrong. The first screen that comes up is for your login credentials, username and password, and that’s as far as I got. I even entered the incorrect login info to see if I got an error message or a “forgot password” link but even that didn’t happen. It’s 2024 and AmTrust doesn’t have it together. They should be embarrassed. As a policyholder for years this is beyond disappointing. Get it together AmTrust. The one star is for me for taking the time to write this review.
