The app and the website need a lot of work. I’m trying to clear my shopping cart so I can place a new order and I keep getting an alert that I’m going to be over my purchase limit, when I am not. The app/site are also glitchy when I try to add certain products. It makes it very hard to place orders. Please get this resolved. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service. *2022-07-09, version 1.0.6* I loved this site 6 months ago. Lately I have been so disappointed with how glitchy the app and website are. They show products that are out of stock. They cancel your order with no explanation. Bottom line is there are faster, cheaper, and more professional sites I will be using from here on out. This is more about being able to contact the company. Yesterday I received the wrong product. And I have been trying since I realized to contact and get my money back. They have a stupid bot on the app that tries to help you but only answers generically and when it says it will connect you with customer service it NEVER does. I am out $30 with out any way to contact them or get my money back. So remember when you purchase if you get the wrong thing you ARE OUT OF LUCK. Please fix this ### 2/5 — App Never works. *2022-06-20, version 1.0.6* For the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to order thru amuse, and I get the same notification on EVERY ITEM! *out of stock* but when my boyfriend orders the same items no notification he can order it no problem. I haven’t been able to order carts or concentrates for weeks. But my bf again has no issue. Fix your app it’s honestly trash. ### 1/5 — Has so potential *2022-06-06, version 1.0.6* I want to like this platform I really do, but the site a s app are atrocious. They are both so glitchy that I usually abandon the order I’m trying to place Things magically appear and disappear from your cart. The stock levels aren’t dependable. Navigation is clunky and slow. I currently can’t add anything to my empty cart as I will “exceed the daily limit”…of my empty cart. I can’t click on my cart either. Support was less than helpful. They told me to clear my cache and had no further resolutions when that didn’t work. I’ve never seen a company make people work SO hard to give them money. I can’t do this anymore. In what world is driving to a dispensary the more convenient option? In Amuse’s world. Yikes, get it together. It’s not rocket science Amuse, it’s e-commerce. ### 2/5 — Very Glitchy *2022-05-26, version 1.0.6* This app constantly changes your subtotal to be more before taxes are added on and the promo codes dont work sometimes. When they do, the system is so glitchy that it again, raises your price then adds the discount. I used to go for you guys for all my needs now I just go to Eaze and Caliva since you guys can’t get your act right or make an attempt to fix anything. Try anyone else. ### 1/5 — don’t waste your time *2022-03-28, version 1.0.4* I submitted my order and set my delivery time from 3-4 and these idiots tell me they’re outside my house at 2 while I’m still at work. The driver told me he will reschedule it to come at the time I originally placed it for (3-4) and i call at 3:45 to double check that it’s coming and they tell me that because the order had to be cancelled, they can’t help me today and I have to deal with it tomorrow. nope. Thank you! ### 1/5 — The app is glitchy *2022-03-25, version 1.0.4* The app clearly said it waa 116 and when the driver got their he showed me a receipt of 24$ i had took out 120$ exact from atm ### 4/5 — I have ordered 3 times in past few weeks since first review, I absolutely love Amuse🙏💚 *2022-03-15, version 1.0.4* I wrote a review after I had only two deliveries but I have since ordered at least 3 times in the past 30 days and will place another order I’m sure before April 20th. I have grown to love amuse more and more. As I got away from the sessions around Los Angeles where nothing is really tested as it has to be coming from a delivery service such as amuse. Having that extra knowledge of the product, and knowing exactly what is in it, it does put your mind at an ease. I am quite surprised to see so many negative reviews, mostly regarding a glitchy app, which, I believe, every single person has encountered as even I have had trouble trying to get an item out of my cart. Honestly, the app is the only thing that can be complained about and it’s not really even the customer serivice department, that’s more of an IT issue, which comes into play when companies this size do automation. I just love the convenience, the selection, and the deals. I missed out on the “cool dad hat” by 1 day! Lol I sat on the order overnight as I stated and that happened. Totally my fault. But I give Amuse nothing but praise! They really do make up for that tax with their deals that are constantly being updated. Thanks Amuse! I am expecting the driver today in fact between 7-8! Two times now I’ve been shorted on my order and no one at amuse cares. They do not care about their customers. Please do not use. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Zero Customer Service *2023-10-21* God forbid you have any issues with your order or even just a simple question, getting in contact with anyone from this company is impossible. I’ve ordered from Amuse many times and almost every single time there is an issue. I’ve taken months away from Amuse hoping it would improve over time but it doesn’t. The help center is just a bunch of useless articles of what to do when there’s an issue with your order or account and it is less than helpful with the generic information. It would be nice to actually have a customer service team instead of this stupid “robot” that doesn’t help in any way. ### 1/5 — If you want a delivery fast, don’t use this. *2023-07-10* Used this app several times before in the past. At first it was awesome because you could get a delivery in a couple hours, then after a while it turned into having to place the order a day or 2 ahead of time. I stopped using it for a while but just tried it again and the app doesn’t even load! All I get is a blank white screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times with the same result. App is a joke *2022-12-01, version 1.0.6* Tried to order tonight and waited 4 hours just for a no show. App then updated and said our order was delayed and to expect it by “January 1st 2024” I am currently writing this review in November 2022. So after the delivery window had long passed I canceled. Waste of my dam time. ### 1/5 — EXPIRED!! DATA BREACH!!!!!! *2022-10-26, version 1.0.6* “ Safari warns you when a website has an expired certificate. This website's certificate expired 355 days ago. This may happen if the website is misconfigured, an attacker has compromised your connection, or your system clock is incorrect.” DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!!!! Nobody owns it!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Order never arrived… *2022-10-15, version 1.0.6* 1. Today no one showed up. My delivery time was scheduled from 5pm - 7pm (it’s 10pm now). I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. 2. Delivery arrives later than the scheduled time. Mostly arrives at the very end of the delivery time. For example, if my delivery is schedule for 5pm-7pm it’ll show up at at 7pm or maybe 8pm. Which wasn’t a huge deal for me, but sucked. 3. There’s no telephone number, so have fun with their automated chat if something goes wrong. I typed “where is my order” into their chat. The chat replied, “your order is due to arrive between 5pm and 7pm”. Well, that answer would suffice if it wasn’t 10:00pm. At least I was able to cancel the order that never arrived using their automated chat. Hopefully the full amount will be refunded, or that’ll be another issue. 4. You can try to reach out to them on Facebook. This is the best and fastest way. They respond on FB faster than an email to their support team. 5. I tried to work with this company. But tonight, they’ve lost a customer. 6. On another note, FB support was helpful once they replied. If something in your order is out of stock they’ll call you, and the customer service was a pleasure at that time as well. Nonetheless, this isn’t enough to keep my business. There are too many other cannabis companies in Los Angeles to deal with late deliveries or a delivery never showing up. Everyone shouldn’t run a business, and Amuse is a prime example. ### 1/5 — This app and company is a joke *2022-10-05, version 1.0.6* If I could rate zero I would. I have been using this company for delivery on and off for about a year. I swear every single time there is some kind of issue. The order is incomplete or incorrect, there is a delay of OVER AN HOUR, things are broken or tampered with. I had honestly decided not to use this service for my cannabis delivery anymore, but decided to risk it last night and am REALLY REGRETTING this now. They have my order, which I placed a day in advance, running over an hour late past the delivery window. There is NOBODY to contact as they only have a useless customer service robot, that is never working. I should not have to work this hard to contact a company that boasts being “customer obsessed.” Its a whole joke and I wish I could talk to a HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE to resolve the issues with my orders. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this app/company again, and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone when it comes to cannabis delivery. I do however recommend the company Juva Delivery, Bento Delivery, and Smokeland Delivery instead because they actually know how to keep customers satisfied!! ### 1/5 — Missing & damaged items & no customer service *2022-08-25, version 1.0.6* We just ordered from here for the first time & got a bloom cartridge bundle of 3 carts, they only gave us 2 & our 1/8 had the seal broken & banged up when we opened the lid. Upon trying to contact customer service, they have no numbers to call or real people to talk to, just one bot that apparently only has a set number of responses. As soon as we give it our info, it takes us back to the beginning or gives us an error message & takes us back to the top of conversation. We honestly just want our money back for the cartridge & the 8th because we aren’t going to smoke something that has been possibly tampered with & we never received the cartridge.
