I think this should be improve, error messages and not working day, I choose to go to the amway page directly because the app is a waste of time.

A lot of good new features with updated application.  However, I find myself nearly frustrated whenever I log-in via mobile.  There needs to be a way to easily and quickly access “Create Receipt.”  It would take me 5-10 minutes just to get to the receipt because I have to go here, then there, and scroll, etc...Aside from placing orders, creating a receipt needs to be the second in accessibility.

Second issue, is attaining IBO website under “My account” or “Profile” with a share icon.

Every time I try to use the app it takes for ever to load and then it crashes.
I haven’t been able to use the app in months for this reason. I always ended up using the website in safari

The app doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything for months, and I always get an Error icon that pops up or an notification that that say business center app is unavailable. 90% of my ordering in done through my phone. And having the app not work is a pretty huge inconvenience. More attention needs to be made to making sure the app it is up and running with minimal errors especially with trying to log in.

Just here to say that you Amway, have a pathetic website, AND app. There’s no one way to have good user experience. They’re both embarrassingly pitiful and ridiculous. For a company this big, you should be concerned that your service platforms are stupid and outdated.

My app no longer works without WiFi on my new iPhone 11. All my settings are correct, but this app won’t work unless I have WiFi —no matter how good my service is.

My biggest struggle is that unless I am on WiFi it’s almost impossible to log into this app! This makes it really difficult trying to share products with customers on the spot since I need to be logged in for the share button to be there and for the sale to be credited to me.
