Not sure why there are so many low star reviews. That app works great! It’s not super complex, which is fine since the home devices are pretty simple. Amway keeps upgrading all the time!

I absolutely love the Amway products. But this app has been an issue from day one. The idea is great, but it desperately needs improvement. I only utilize it for the Atmoshere Sky.  It Will not stay connected to WiFi, Bluetooth only works 1/2 the time, the selections within the app (adjust speed, update filters) do not line up within the window. The options won’t slide so I can’t select ‘turbo’. The previous app for the Atmosphere worked way better and I never had any issues.

I have been having allergy attacks big time - swollen sinus and walnut eye.  Last night I nailed it down to the purifier. It turns off to green when air isn’t completely purified.  I had to keep it on throughout the night to breath.

So many bugs and will log you out randomly. This wouldn’t be as much of an issue if it actually took your regular account login, but it will just go back to a blank screen. Won’t use or even offer to open autofill and if you use it it copy over your login, that works perfectly fine on the website, it’s still won’t work. Please make this better to the people that trust this company enough tot get an atmosphere

Update 12/2025: i recently discovered that my air purifier seems to be connected to WiFi on its own. I’m guessing an update from the developers deployed some time between my original review and now allowed this to happen (my WiFi hasn’t changed). I can now control the fan speed from the app with no issues of constant disconnection experienced while using Bluetooth. There are still small bugs here and there, such as occasionally having to select the fan button twice and the app forcing my logout once in a while, but otherwise, it’s been smooth for a week now. Updating to 4 stars.

Original review 3/2025, 1 star: WiFi connection to the machine doesn’t work at all, and Bluetooth connection says it is successful but actually isn’t. This has been a recent issue. Before, when it wasn’t an issue and was connecting fine, the app regularly would “drop” the device, like lose connection to it. I either have to refresh the app or refresh my dashboard by swiping down, or it logs me out altogether. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app before to get it to work properly. And lately, the app continues logging me out over and over, nearly every day. It’s annoying, and as big a corporation Amway is, it’s disappointing that this app’s functionality is not better than it is.

I update continually, when I try to use the app it always ‘freezes’ on the controls page. 
I’ve cleaned my pre-filter repeatedly and the app nor the unit will update recognizing the cleaning. Even replacing the HEPA and carbon filters dies no good. 
This is a terrible app.
