Please fix ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-11-11, version 1.2.0* This app hasn’t worked for months. It’s being talked about in training and it doesn’t even open. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — App doesn’t open *2020-10-21, version 1.1.1* Used app pretty regular now I don’t use at all. Doesn’t open just stays at the main screen with “A”. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. I think it’s a great app however if it doesn’t work what’s the point. **Developer response:** Hi David, We really appreciate your feedback. Based upon the issue you are describing it sounds like you may have an Android phone or tablet. If the Answer to this is yes, make sure the Switch Sell Build app is closed before your start this process. Please try these steps to resolve your issue. (A) Locate your "Switch Sell Build" App ICON on your device. (B) Press and hold your finger on the ICON for 1-2 seconds and a menu will open. (C) Tap "App Info". (D) Scroll down the page and tap "Storage". (E) Tap the "Clear Cache" button at the bottom of the screen. (F) Next click the "Clear Data" Button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen and when you get a message that says "All application data will be deleted, tap "OK". (G) Now launch the app again. Note you will be prompted to log in with your ID again. This should resolve this issue if you are using an Android device. If you have any further issues please contact customer support so they can log a ticket with the team to help you further. ### 3/5 — It’s frozen on the main A *2022-11-27, version 1.2.0* It’s not loading ### 3/5 — Doesn’t load *2022-07-22, version 1.2.0* It keeps loading but never comes up. ### 3/5 — Unable to respond *2020-11-09, version 1.1.1* When I first started using the app it worked perfectly fine. But the over a month when I click on the app it just sits there on the logo and doesn’t do anything. So I deleted it and re-downloaded it and now it’ll get to the log in screen but when I hit “sign/log in” I get a pop up that tells me that the app isn’t able to respond and to try again later. I saw another review that mentioned what the beginning of my review states and I have an iPhone and I’m having the same issues.
