Any app is expected to have glitches here and there. Thank you for being on top of them and continuing to make the experience better! ### 3/5 — Always Having Technical Difficulties *2023-04-24* 80% of the time, when you launch the App, it will say that the application is having technical difficulties. Surprised that Amway is not dedicating more resources to fix this App. It is not optimized for all the different size screens. On Iphone 13 and 14 pro max screens, the top of the App it is very difficult to use the top of the Menu selection to navigate the App. The business Los etc doesn’t work most of the time. Please fix it. ### 3/5 — Great products/difficult to view *2023-04-22* Especially with the different colors of makeup whether it be lipgloss or foundation. You can’t tell which color your clicking on from pic. There’s multiple pictures of the same product with no color description on the picture. Which makes you click multiple times to find the color/shade you’re looking for. Would be SO MUCH easier to either add a color description in the pic or one picture for one product then have a swatch of all the shades after clicking onto the product. ### 3/5 — App needs update *2023-03-06* Can we get the business center back up and running? It’s been unavailable for roughly 6 months now. Would be nice to be able to use the app rather than going to the browser. Thanks in advance. (P.S. I’ve been asked a lot about customer use apps so if that’s possible that would be awesome. I feel like there would be business increase due to accessibility.) ### 3/5 — Good app, but… *2022-10-13, version 1.2.23* This is a great app if it was working fully. I love the convenience, the robustness, and the ease of use but it has had a glitch for over a month now, which I am waiting for the fix. One of the reasons to use the app is for mobility, which I have not been able to do regarding the business side of things. Every time I’ve logged in, I keep getting the message that the App is being worked on and to use the desktop version for the business side of things. Well it has turned into a month and a little frustration. Not enough to bad mouth the app or the business but just becoming a little impatient. ### 5/5 — Make it easy *2022-10-10, version 1.2.23* The app is fantastic because it make a easy to share product see how i am doing the only thing is When some thinks don’t work put I can place a orderan make my report of sales ### 3/5 — Good but needs fixes *2022-10-04, version 1.2.23* The app layout is awesome, easy to find items. I like that out of stock items are at the end of the page. Only issue is that the app glitches. The top items don’t always register that you are touching them because of how high they are. The return button, cart, and home are all too high and are mixed in with your phones time so they don’t respond to touch takes multiple touches to get them to respond. ### 5/5 — Amway Is The Best *2022-09-09, version 1.2.23* After signing up to become a customer, I can already see and feel amazing results. The cleaning products are great. For quite some time, I couldn’t find a detergent that could remove the sweat color from my LuLu Lemon shirts. After using Amway’s detergent, my shirts are white as snow.. yaaay ### 3/5 — Needs an update *2022-09-02, version 1.2.23* I love being able to log into the app and see my performance for the month…..thats about all the app is useful for. I want to be able to see my personal orders as well as customer orders. Cannot for the life of me find out how to do that on the app. All I can figure out is customer orders. I have the iPhone 13 pro max and honestly the navigation buttons in the upper right and bottom of the phone overlap the battery and internet icons at the top and make it difficult to press without bringing the iPhone drop down menu out. The swipe bar at the bottom is in the way and it makes it very hard to push the buttons on the bottom without swiping out of the app. It would be nice to use the Ditto function through the app. It’s available as an option, but clicking on it just takes you to your personal myshop page where you get redirected back to amway to login and then still can’t use the features on your phone. Its like were being forced to still use traditional computers and web browsers when our business is 100% mobil. We should be able to do “anything and everything” off a mobil phone or tablet.
