Spoke with the Dr who was supposed to call in two prescriptions for me. I get off the phone with him and nothing comes to my inbox or pharmacy. We call customer support. The first time the lady who helped was super nice and helpful. She escalated our problem. Said to give it an hour and call the pharmacy and if they didn’t have it to call back with the case number she gave us. Ok fair enough. Hour goes by and nothing happens. We call back to customer support. This time we are met with a guy telling us to calm down and be patient (mind you we have one pharmacy here in this small town) despite it was getting later and was going to close. He escalated again and said we would get an email. No email. We call today and are met with a gentleman who was polite and wanted to help. He said our case was closed (with no notification to me) and that in their system my visit never happened because the Dr failed to put it in. He said this happens a lot. He said he could escalate it again but since they have no record there wasn’t really anything they could do. So if this happens a lot the. Why is this company still working with drs who do this? This is unacceptable behavior for this type of service. Medications are a big deal. For some people it keeps them alive. Fortunately for me it’s just an antibiotic and an anti inflammatory but what if it wasn’t? This company needs to scrutinize the drs they partner with and figure out a way to verify visits without the dr having to turn in the paperwork. I am going to have to try again and hope it gets sent this time and wait until Monday (called Friday Saturday now) to pick this stuff after work IF it actually gets sent this time. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t reach medica insurance so charged me $88 *2026-02-02, version 12.22.403* My daughter was so sick and didn’t want to get out of the house what option do you have with a sick kid ### 1/5 — Pharmacy Isn’t Working *2026-01-09, version 12.22.403* This used to be a great company but they no longer have reliable pharmacy service. Multiple times they have not seen my prescription in to the pharmacy. I call them up and they can't help say they need to escalate which will take 5 business days for a script that taking it asap is important. Never using them again. I'll be filing a complaint with the state ### 1/5 — APP NEVER WORKS *2025-09-17, version 12.22.300* This app has never worked on my phone (and I have a new and updated phone) the app just auto-closes immediately when you try to sign up for an account or click to login. It is frustrating. I have tried to use this app on my precious phone even with no success. Switched to a new phone and same thing! I’ve done all these troubleshooting steps and nothing works (restart phone, clear app cache, uninstall and reinstall) nothing works! I attempt to find an online login and when I click on that web link it says “download our app” what a joke. I don’t have a computer so the mobile app is my only option. ### 1/5 — Unfortunately unsolved case *2025-09-03, version 12.22.300* And strangely enough, you can't access support because Badi is interested in committing to good service. Unfortunately, I can't use the Amwell app for two reasons: 1. I speak Spanish, and the app doesn't have a translation mode or even let you copy... 2. I once used the service to refill my prescription, and the BCBS PPO (...) is charging me like $64 for an unauthorized service. You forgot to mention that we should be careful with insurers given the voracity of the system.
