I have 5 insurance policies and only 4 appear on the app. I have to re enter my financial information for each payment. My agent is very helpful but I hate having to call him for help. ### 1/5 — terrible app *2025-11-10, version 3.5.5* A terrible app that doesn't let me pay my monthly payment myself. It's a terrible app, useless, and just takes up space on my phone. Currently have to enter my bank account number, repeat acct number, routing number and name on account each time I make a payment. Also navigating from one field to the next is met with alignment issues for the data to be entered.
