When I click on update the AppStore does not show an update. ### 2/5 — Painful when you need it. *2024-09-14, version 3.4.6* When you’re stressed reporting a claim is not the time for a clumsy text editor, plus a form that doesn’t save any information til you get ALL the information. ### 2/5 — Always needing to sign in *2024-07-15, version 3.4.3* On the log in page I have myself marked as “Remember me” and it never does. They stopped the insurance on my car without informing me. There are 16 days remaining and I think I have insurance. I have 5 insurance policies and only 4 appear on the app. I have to re enter my financial information for each payment. It's a terrible app, useless, and just takes up space on my phone. Currently have to enter my bank account number, repeat acct number, routing number and name on account each time I make a payment. Also navigating from one field to the next is met with alignment issues for the data to be entered.
