本アプリケーションのみのレビューはあまりにも書きにくいですが。
どうしてもAMCで無ければならない場合は別ですが、本アプリケーションのメリットを享受するにはあまりにも代償が大きいです。
会員番号とパスワードの忘失した際の顧客の費用対効果は計り知れないほど低いです。
本アプリに会員番号とパスワードを保存していても意図せずWebパスワードの入力を求められ、Webパスワードの再設定の説明も弱くとても自力では困難です。
救済としてAMC事務局へのお電話の案内がありますが時間帯の問題か混雑ガイダンスのみでしたので電話を置きました。
メールでの手続きの案内も見かけますがメールにて問い合わせしましても返信のメールが顧客の希望するタイミングに来ることも希望することもAMCからの回答期限も分かりません。
あまりにも救済措置が弱く、忘失の際のリスクが大きいと判断しまして本アプリの削除とともに退会いたしました。
マイルに拘るよりも私は損切りさせていただきました。
私は全日空様にはあまり依存も執着もなく損切りの判断ができました。
本アプリを使うことによってのメリットとデメリット、他の方のレビューも読まれてからのDLされた方が無難です。
また最後に申し添えますが、アプリの仕様変更を望まず自らを変えるアクションをした方が精神衛生上かなりすっきりいたしました。

Can’t seem to submit my Mileage number without giving me an error

クレジットカード登録画面に進んむことはできます。
でも、メモアプリに記載したカード情報をコピペしようとしてクレカ入力画面から他のアプリに画面を切り替えて戻るとクレカ画面表示前の画面に「勝手に！」切り替わってしまい、またクレカ入力画面に戻ってみると入力した内容がクリアされている（初期化状態）になってしまうのです。
そうすると、紙にメモった上でクレカ登録しなければできないことになりますよね。
これ、いまどきですか？
あまりにも不親切なというか適当に作ったみたいなUIに、え、これがあの大企業ANAが作ったアプリなの？？とがっかりもがっかり。
考慮も配慮も足りてません。
サービス業に欠かせない考慮に配慮があのANAが作成したアプリには微塵も感じられないほどのバグです。
ちなみにサポートも例によってたどり着かない系のサポートとなってました。
やる気ありますか？
早く治してくださいね！

徒歩や電車、車、飛行機で
ポイントがもらえるのは良いが

エントリーをしないとポイントはもらえず
エントリーする度に
広告を視聴を求められる

とはいえ
広告視聴しないとエントリー出来ず
ポイントも貰えない

半年続けましたが
毎日広告視聴する時間が勿体無いと思い
有料版をやめました

広告を避けて
広告なしでポイントをもらおうとすると
全くポイントが貯まらない

有料版なので
広告視聴しない設定にしてほしい

あと、ANA社員が
貯めたマイルは
普通に生活していたら
貯まらないマイルなので
どれだけの移動距離かも書いた方が良い

長距離移動する人が
広告視聴もして
やっと貯まるマイル数なので
再現性があまりないです

ANAのマイラーとして重宝しています。
このアプリ自体は良いのですが、メイン画面に出ている追加のアプリ「ANAポケット」、これには要注意です。移動距離に応じてマイルが貰えるアプリという謳い文句ですが、まぁ距離測定が不正確でそのくせ常時GPS起動が必要で電池の減りは酷い。ならばとCM視聴でポイントを稼ごうと思うと怪しげな健康食品や性的描写に問題がありそうな出会い系CM、その手の商品、ANA関連とは思えない品位のかけらもないアプリです。インストール時にはお気を付けの程。

スマホのホームボタンを押しただけで、ANAペイの支払い画面が出て来るときがあるのに、店で使おうとしたら支払い画面が消えて使えないことがしばしばある。
用が無い時は出て来るのに、用があるときは隠れるって、どういうこと？
「ダメかもしれないけど試して良いですか？」と店の人に謝ってから、使っている。
こんなアプリって、ある？？
何とかして欲しい。

I fly frequently.  This has got to be one of the worst airline apps ever.  It won’t link to upcoming flights automatically.  Other airlines, they have a listing of my upcoming flights on the app.  Here, I have to enter it manually.  Then it won’t save the return flight which is under the same reservation and you have to go through the whole process again.   I don’t understand why there is a separate app for their frequent flier program.  That’s also a pain in the butt to use as well.

Great service on the flights themselves once you get on the plane.  Getting there and your boarding passes etc is a huge hassle.

PC仕様、戻ると情報の再入力が必要、選択しているものとしていないものの見分けがつかないなど。

Airline operation is 5-stars, but this app, and their web interface? 1 star.

I want to see my reservation without having to enter the reservation number and name for every reservation I have. ANA app says I need AMC account to link the reservations to my accounts.  Nope.  There is no place I can register the reservations so when I log in, i don’t have to Re enter all the info to see all of my reservations.  As is, I have to type in my name and reservation number every time, and app won’t record or remember it.

So…. Airline operations is stellar, but they need to hire web designer with modern comprehension of what an app could do. Comparing this app to something like United and American Airlines app puts  ANA web/app designers to horrible shame.

Try and join the flying club with this app. Good luck. Not even mobile phone optimised form and doesn’t take into account other countries dial code or cell phones. Simply. Awful.

「エラー：インターネット通信環境を確認してください」が出る人は、一旦、アプリをアンインストールして再インストールするとログインできるかもしれない。自分はこれでログイン出来た。 【経緯】 ANAマイレージクラブ・アプリ自体は起動するが、お客様番号とパスワードを入力してログインしようとすると「エラー：インターネット通信環境を確認してください」と表示されて進めなかった。 インターネット通信環境に問題は無い。WEBも見れるし、他のアプリは通信できている。試しに、部屋のWi-Fiとは切断して、DoCoMoの回線で試したがダメだった。iPhone自体を再起動し、アプリも再起動したがダメだった。 ANA Payカスタマーデスク（電話番号：050-3172-3050　営業時間：月～土 9:30～17:00）に電話し、状況を話したが、過去にそんな不具合の問い合わせは無いと言う。じゃ、このサイトはなんなんだ？少なくとも8人がこの問題を報告しているが誰も問い合わせてないとでも言うのか？で、そもそも、このアプリ自体は別部署のANAマイレージサービスセンターが統括だと言い、そこに電話しろというので「俺は掛けない。そっちで連携して問題を解決してくれ」と伝えて、折り返しの電話を待った。 数時間後に電話があり、やはりそんな不具合は聞いたことも無いと言い張るが、別の不具合の際にアプリをアンインストールして再インストールすると直った例があるというので、電話を繋いだまま、アンインストールした。ちなみに、アンインストールしてもデータは消えない（アカウント情報はクラウドにあるようだ）ので、安心してアンインストールしてくれればよい。そして再インストールし、お客様番号とパスワードを入力すると登録されたメアドに認証情報が送られてきて、認証完了するとログインできた。問題解決できたので感謝を伝えて電話を切った。にしてもだ、インターネット通信環境（と俺ら）のせいにして逃げ切ろうとしていた姿勢は許せない。 ということで試してみてほしい。

お客様番号入れて、パスワード入れると何故かワンタイムパスワードエラーになる（ワンタイムパスワードはまだ入れてもない）。

アプリ側のエラーなのに、障害が起こってから何日も経ってるのにアナウンスもないし、問い合わせしても数日返信もない。

あまりにもひどい扱いですね。

チャージもできなくて決済が出来ません。

広告を出すのはまあまだ100歩譲っていいとして、その出し方が最悪すぎる。
マイルガチャを引こうとした時に選択肢をタップしようとしたら、そのタップしようとした所に広告がいきなり出てきて広告のページに飛んだ時はさすがにキレそうになった。
絶対広告にを踏ませようとワザとこんな仕様にしているとしか思えない。悪質すぎる。

アップデートしたら、「インターネット環境を確認して下さい」のメッセージが繰り返し出てログイン出来ない。考えられる事を全て試し、サービスセンターにも問い合わせたが結局駄目だった。別にロックもされていないらしい。6000ほど残っていたのを思い出し、アマギフやSUICAに逃した。これを機会にANAからJALに完全に乗り換える。さらばANA!
ANApay は、本体と切り離し別アプリにするべき。また、iOS バージョンを低めから使えるようにしないと怖くてチャージ出来んと思うよ。

本人確認を何度も試したが、一向に不承認の連続
問い合わせても本人確認の作業と問い合わせ口の担当は別々で、不承認の理由がわからないので、本人確認の理由がわからない

この状況で郵送対応されても、郵送費用はカスタマー持ちで、何度もやり取りすることが想定されるため、お金の無駄と言わざるを得ない

毎回住所入力する手間も、考えられないほどUI/UXが良くない

全くカスタマーのことが考えられていないアプリだと言える

This app is the most ridiculous thing I ever use. When trying to register an account they give you the option to add your first and last name but not your middle name with is on your passport. It tells you to combine your first and middle name together but the app will not let you do that. So you have no choice to just do what we do in the USA just add your first name and last name. Now I can’t add my plan flight because guess what it has my middle name which the ANA app doesn’t. When I try to fix my name within the app it doesn’t give you the option which is 100% stupidest thing I ever saw.  WTF⁉️

The first time I flew ANA I was impressed enough to decide to make it my airline of choice.  ANA has been the only airline I prefer to travel on democratically and internationally.  I feel that ANA goes out of its way to make its customers feel part of the airline family which I appreciate with great respect.  
Thank you ANA for caring about your passengers and treating them with respect and dignity.

We had been flying with ANA for the last 3 yrs just got back from our recent flight March 16th Manila to Haneda NH 870 and connecting flight from Haneda to Los Angeles NH 160. 
Love to fly ANA airlines crews and staff are pleasant  and very helpful.

アプリの作りがわかりにくい。良いところは良いですが。
ポイント二重目的なので純粋なサービス面の評価はできませんが、全体的には良いです。
キャッシュ支払いタブとマイルのタブ切り替えただけで支払い設定になります！かなり注意
あとアプリのメイン画面が二層のようになるのでそれも良く無いですねーペイ画面からホームに戻るためには右上のバツ押さないといけないから。
まあぺいぺいとかも全部同じなんだけど、どの画面にもメニューバーを表示させるでやないの？と言う素人でも思いつくレベル。
