They 'updated' it and now it doesn't work. Hopeless. Let's hope that ANA have more success with the updating of Faro airport. I have my doubts. It's chaos right now in the middle of their biggest tourist boom. ### 1/5 — Not very good *2016-08-10, version 2.5.1* Flight tracker doesn't work.. App quits as soon as you try to switch on the tracker ### 1/5 — Don't park here *2016-05-27, version 2.5.1* Waste of time booking parking with this app. When booking a parking space at the airport, the app would skip from English to Portuguese then English then Portuguese. it would not except an UK post code. it would only tell you this in Portuguese so you don't know what you did wrong..! It dose give you the option to put in and country's address. Did not email the ticket, in the end had to call them to see what went wrong.! This is the 4th time this has happened. I’ve tried several times to book fast track through the app and always end up getting nowhere. I eventually have to switch to the website, which isn’t much better. If you can’t build a functional app, it’s better not to have one at all — this just wastes users’ time and creates unnecessary frustration. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-06-15, version 3.2.12* This App is almost unusable. Mudarei o review uma vez rectificado o problema ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Crashes. Awful booking. *2024-11-01, version 3.2.11* So this a terrible app. Just logging in is hard. You can’t auto fill passwords and it jump scrolls to a different position when you try to paste password in. When you eventually get in the orders are all separate pdfs fpr fast track for example ( they used to group them on 1 pdf ) you have to “download” them… then you can’t get back to the order page and get dropped back at the menu. Then had to navigate back though the orders for each person!!! Just put the damn QR CODES ON THE MAIN ORDER PAGE! ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-09-22, version 3.2.9* This app is the absolute worst. Isn’t optimized for iPhone. Doesn’t auto fill names, address, credit card info, etc. The last step is to click to process payment. The button is greyed out and doesn’t work. USELESS!!!!! ### 1/5 — Login not working *2023-11-19, version 3.2.8* Impossible to login, login window has issues, changes dimensions by itself. Useless. It is almost impossible to book a parking space as the app fails over and over again! How about using Apple Pay ? One star because I can’t give it zero.
