Je comprends pas comment en 2026, on puisse avoir une app aussi peu pratique et incorrigible d’usage. La navigation est complexe, le temps de chargement de chaque page est très long, et l’expérience ne donne qu’une envie : passer sur un autre concurrent… j’ose espérer que vos équipes prendront ce sujet au sérieux et améliore considérablement l’application…

We traveled as a group of 20. From our group 17 of 20 people had an agonizing time associating their reservation number with a required first name plus middle name to be included only in the first name field. Using an app should not be this hard.

アプリが超重くなったりサービスデスクに電話しても1時間は平気で待たされるのも当たり前になり慣れてきましたが、出張で最悪な経験をしたので記載します。どうせサービス品質の向上には活用されないでしょうけど、これからJALを選択する人が増える事を祈ります。
搭乗便を変更したところアプリ上から航空券が消え、プレミアムチェックインの窓口で確認と修正に20分待たされ、紙の搭乗券を渡され保安検査を通過したはいいものの、搭乗口の改札で通過できず乗客全員通過しても原因がわからず。
挙げ句の果てに、「この後予定ありますか？次の便じゃダメですか？」と。ただでさえ機材の準備遅れでフライトが1時間遅れているのに。
結局希望していた窓際から真ん中の席に移されて搭乗させていただけたものの、もちろん謝罪も無く、機内のCAは出発待たせんなと言わんばかりに荷物を無言で棚に突っ込まれました。
最近、客そっちのけでスタッフ同士会話してたり、挨拶もしない無言のスタッフ増えましたよね？
利用客はそういったあなたたちの態度、よーく見ていますよ。
スーパーフライヤーズですがこんな企業にお金を落とす事が馬鹿馬鹿しくなったので、JALに乗り換えて快適な空の旅を楽しむ事にしますね^_^

①アプリは何をするにも時間がかかります。
予約したい飛行機の選択画面、購入したいチケット、座席選択など。改悪前から使っている人は肌感として10倍以上時間を割く必要があります。
②チケットの種類が全数出るわけではないので、価格が見えづらい。判断するのに選択肢を自分で表示させる必要があり極めて手間がかかります。開発した人は飛行機の予約をしたことなんてないんだろうと思います。空席待ちとかアプリ完結できるのかも不明…
③ダイヤステータスであっても、株主であってもほんと見合ってない。ユーザーへの裏切り行為の上、アプリまでこれじゃあ目も当てられない。機長さん、CAさん、グランドさん、モチベーション大丈夫か心配だし、数十年ANA派やってるけど、見直すきっかけには充分すぎるぐらい理由がある。もうちょっと真面目に考えてくれ

I am a diamond member for many years and my app is based on US location.  Due my extensive travels it’s been very helpful to have the app supporting my original settings. Unfortunately recently I could locally in Japan, reserve pay in JPY etc with great ease.
Now everything is blocked if I do not change my settings to JP location.
