No hygiene at all with pillow and blankets ### 1/5 — Worst experience with Anand *2025-11-17* Worst experience with the Anand Group bus service. The bus was 30 minutes late, and after boarding, we were informed that we would have to change the bus after dinner. During the shifting, the staff simply left all the luggage in the old bus and asked passengers to carry their bags themselves and load them onto the new bus. The changed bus stopped near Kolhapur for 30 minutes due to a FASTag issue. Again, at Vashi, while getting down, they started demanding extra charges for the luggage. Hygiene standards are the worst—they don’t even change the bedspreads, and overall cleanliness is very poor. Humble request: Please avoid traveling in this bus service. The experience was appalling. The beds were dirty, uncleaned, and infested with cockroaches. When I asked the conductor to clean my seat, I was met with unreasonable responses. Cockroaches crawled all over my bags. Unbelievable service. Don’t prefer further more for any of the travel bus from Anand Travels. ### 1/5 — Not safe for ladies mainly *2024-11-11* Worst experience for female passengers—this bus is not safe for women. I booked a ticket for my sister, and first of all, the bus was 40 minutes late for pickup with no prior call or communication from their end. Then, the driver and conductor behaved arrogantly. The bus stopped at Kalasipalya due to technical issues, and all passengers were asked to get off with a false promise that another bus would be arranged. However, the bus staff left without any sympathy or concern, despite female passengers being present. It’s been over 30–40 minutes with no response or alternative bus arranged. Even after contacting the head office, the issue was not resolved. My sister had to take an auto to Electronic City, which cost an additional 370 rupees. The bus was supposed to drop her at Electronic City but abandoned her at Kalasipalya. I paid 1200+ for the ticket and had to pay 370 more for an auto due to this terrible service.
