It takes its passwords too seriously, with upper/lower case numbers etc required instead of at my discretion. Then i signed up and it sent me a confirmation email, and when i hit the “confirm” button on the email just a few minutes later it said the confirmation had expired and that i should request another. Sorry, I have no patience for that kind of poor app design so I deleted it. I have no reason to believe it will work right the second time I request a code, and there is no reason to suspect that the people who can’t make signing in efficient and effective will also have made an app with enough useful features to waste time trying over and over to create an account. ### 1/5 — Absolute junk *2022-09-03, version 3.108.10* Worst app I’ve ever had on my phone. Won’t even let me log in. Changed password 10 times trying to get it to log me in and just keeps saying my details are wrong. Don’t bother!! ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad *2019-10-26, version 2.1.2* Does not store any bookings. The most important facility of a hotel app and it does not work. How to ensure my loyalty goes elsewhere in future ### 2/5 — Pretty useless *2024-06-20, version 4.38.6* Looks nice but it won’t show upcoming bookings made on the Anantara website using a Discovery account which is a crucial disappointment. When searching for booking using booking number and last name, the results state no booking could be found for the given credit card number, but “credit card number” was not a field that was asked for. ### 4/5 — Good, but buggy *2025-01-24* App is easy to use, but if you book a hotel online on the Anantara website, it won’t necessarily appear on the app. Once you check into your hotel, you’ll need them to help ‘pair’ your booking so that you can start using the app to tailor your stay. App is very helpful in this regard because you can DM the hotel with questions or requests. Update: you should actually download the GHA Discovery App first and log into the Anantara app with your GHA credentials. In that way, any hotel you booked through the Anantara app will get GHA rewards. This doesn’t always happen automatically by booking through the Anantara app (although rewards do seem to be synced to GHA if you book via Anantara website). ### 5/5 — Good informative app *2024-02-28, version 4.29.8* Good range of information on the dining options (with food and drink menus) and other hotel services. ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2021-03-03* Great app for anyone staying at any Anantara property, I particularly enjoyed ordering room service from the app, very functional and easy to navigate.
