## What is Anas Care?

Anas connects patients in Iraq with Anas-approved doctors, hospitals and care teams, initially in Jordan, for medical consultations in Arabic or English. Registration is open; access opens in stages.

You can open a Case, choose a doctor for a direct consultation, and share messages, photos, voice notes and reports. Care can continue through follow-ups and doctor-arranged voice or video meetings.

During the introductory period, all care in the app is free: open cases, direct consultations, extensions and follow-ups. No payment details are needed, and no charge is scheduled for when the introductory period ends.

Some replies come from a doctor's care team on that doctor's behalf, using only content the doctor has currently approved. The app shows that the reply came from the doctor's care team.

Anas is not an emergency service. If you think you or someone else may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Anas does not promise a response time: a submitted case may wait for a doctor to take it, and you can cancel it in the app.
