## What is ANASFA?

The ANASFA app is for the families, students and teachers of ANASFA, the Art & Artist School of Fine Arts in Singapore. Sign in with the mobile number the academy has for you.

FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS
• Home: each child's next class and how many classes are left.
• Schedule: every class this week and later, with make-ups and cancellations marked.
• Can't make a class? Withdraw in the app. In good time, the class credit comes back, and you can book a make-up class of the same course where there are places left.
• Progress: attendance, class credits and when they expire, and the grade each child is in.
• Report cards: the scores and the teacher's note, once the academy publishes them.
• Notifications when a class is cancelled or moved, with the reason.

FOR TEACHERS
• Today: your classes, where they are and how many students are coming.
• Attendance: mark each student present, late or absent, then save.
• Leave: tell the academy when you will be away. The academy arranges cover for each of your classes, and you see it here once it is done.
• Notifications when one of your classes is cancelled, moved or covered.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Accounts are created by ANASFA. If you do not have one yet, ask the academy to invite you. You can delete your app account at any time from More, then Delete my account; the academy keeps its own records. A student under 13 uses the app on their own phone only once a parent agrees.
