Freezes after sign in during loading of accounts and home page. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App needs updating bad! *2022-03-04, version 43.1.5716* I love the bank itself but this online banking app needs some updating or something. Even when I just try to view my balance, it is constantly telling me, “error, try again later” or “sorry not available at the time”. It’s super inconvenient and frustrating. I can’t even deposit anything, it tells me, “accounts not available”! Please someone fix this! ### 1/5 — Trouble logging in *2021-08-23, version 42.2.5708* I have no choice but to use this app as this is my bank and I use it constantly to track my accounts. I have an iPhone, not the latest model but fairly new and I keep up with all software updates. However, I struggle with logging on. I constantly have to delete the app and reload and start over with logging in and registering my device. I can do it a couple times without all that but within a couple of days, my accounts won’t open up, it will be stuck in the download mode. And then I’m back to deleting the app and setting up all over again. This has been happening quite often over the past 6 months and I’m very frustrated and I’m stuck using this app because it’s the only way to my bank accounts. Please fix this! **Developer response:** We apologize about the issues with our app. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 866-433-0282, and they will be happy to assist you, Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm MT, Saturday 8am-noon MT. ### 1/5 — Not really functional *2021-07-29, version 10.2.5706* It works ya, but you can’t control your card, you have to write a letter just to add a new acct to the same control board, to even get to talk to somebody is a task, when you click on the ask a question button on a certain transaction it lets you write what you want to then errors out and deletes what you wrote and never sends it and you have to get a whole other app just to even see your debit card details. It’s really annoying! ### 1/5 — Can’t login without it crashing *2020-06-09* It was working fine for a couple of years but within the passed month every time I login the app just crashes. I’ve redownloaded it multiple times but it hasn’t fixed it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app, terrible bank *2018-06-06* This app is not user friendly at all, much like the banks. It has many limitations and looks like an app that was created 15 years ago. It is slow, frustrating, and doesn’t work half the time. There are no benefits to using the app and it doesn’t feel very secure. App crashes periodically. There’s no tech support or bug reporting available, it just routes you to the website and to bank customer service. ### 3/5 — Worst banking app *2023-02-09* This is quite literally the worst banking app I have had to use. You will log in and it’s just a white screen. Nothing will load. This happens over half the time you try to use the app. I absolutely hate it. I’ve considered changing banks because this app is so awful. Update: since making this review the bank has been really responsive and trying to trouble shoot this issue. It sounds like this is a problem with only iPhones. ### 3/5 — Lots of Fails *2021-08-04, version 10.2.5706* The app often fails to load. For some reason, this seems to be true on weekends. You can almost count on not being able to see banking information for 24-48 hours. And the help lines are not available. Johnny and the tellers are awesome. Greeted by your name when you walk into a bank. And you are just an everyday customer. An exceptional pool of people work in Glenwood. It’s unusual to get that kind of service in Colorado. The App is awesome as well. (I am 76. I’ve had years of experience with banks.) I should add.
