Anchor is a daily routine and focus companion built for ADHD brains. It is not another to-do list. There is no growing backlog, no red overdue count, and no broken streak waiting to make you feel bad. You see one thing, feel time passing, and take the next small move.

BUILD ROUTINES YOU CAN ACTUALLY START

Choose a ready-made morning, evening, out-the-door, or desk-reset routine—or create your own. Each routine plays one step at a time, with a large visual countdown that makes time easier to feel.

JUST ONE THING

Type one thing. Pick 5, 10, 15, or 25 minutes. Start. There is no list behind it and nothing to organize first.

FOCUS WITH A QUIET BODY-DOUBLE

Use a 15, 25, 45, or 90-minute visual focus session. Add an optional break and settle in with rain, coffee-shop ambience, or brown noise.

LEAVE ON TIME WITH ANCHOR ALARMS

Tell Anchor when an event starts and how long travel takes. Get gentle “leave in 10,” “leave in 5,” and “leave NOW” cues before it is time to go.

STREAKS THAT WAIT FOR YOU

Missing a day puts a streak on hold. It never wipes your progress. Return when you can and pick up where you left off.

STAY ANCHORED OUTSIDE THE APP

Widgets show your next routine, active-day momentum, or next alarm. Live Activities keep the current step and visual timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

Anchor supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, light and dark appearances, meaningful haptics, and calm, direct language.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Everything stays on your iPhone. Anchor has no account, no ads, no analytics SDK, and collects no data.

Anchor Pro includes all features. A 2-week free trial is available, followed by the selected weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
