## What is Anchor?

Anchor helps you start focus sessions, block distractions, and stay in flow without pressure.

No subscriptions, ever. 

Set a warm-up, begin a focus block, and let Anchor use Screen Time to shield distracting apps and websites while you work.

 For stronger accountability, you can use any card to "lock" and "unlock" distracting apps while you work. 

When a thought pulls at your attention, park it in Notes and return to it later. If you are still in flow, add five more minutes. If you drift, log it and keep going. When the session ends, Anchor suggests low-dopamine breaks so you can reset without falling into scrolling.

Anchor is built for momentum, not guilt: no streak pressure, no noisy rewards, just a calmer way to protect deep work.
