We run one of the largest STR’s in Arizona, with the most plus properties in all of Phoenix and are in the top 1% of superhosts in the state. We were lucky to be invited to the pre-release of this app and now use it for every property. It basically gives a real time 3D map of your property, and let’s guest see any information they need. From the location of pots and pans to checkout instructions. Our Customer service loves just saying “click on this link” instead of trying to explain the ins and outs of each property! It’s super easy to setup, so if you have any doubts just try it on one property, let your guests know you are trying something different and see how they like it. We love the sustainability aspect of this app, providing a one-stop-shop for all technical manuals.
