You don't need to bet today.
Anchor is a quiet, private app for people who want betting out of their life — not a tool for "responsible betting." It's built for the hardest moment: the short window between feeling the urge and placing a bet.
When the urge hits, open Anchor. Set a 5, 15, or 30-minute wait, see your reasons for quitting, and let the urge pass. Most urges peak and fade if you give them a little time.
WHAT ANCHOR DOES
• Shield — block the betting apps you pick and the betting sites we know about. You can still get through; it just won't be an accident.
• Urge intervention — one tap when you feel the pull. A guided wait, calming exercises, and your own reasons in front of you.
• Honest progress — days without betting, money kept, and urges resisted. Relapses are logged without shame, never punished.
• A structured path — a 30-day recovery program matched to your triggers, whether that's sports betting, chasing losses, or late-night impulse.
• Your reasons — the ones you wrote on day one, waiting for the moments that matter most.
• Milestones — quiet recognition for the streaks you build.
CALM BY DESIGN
Anchor is made to be opened at night, alone, when it's hard. No bright casino energy, no hype, no shame. Just a calm room and a clear next step.
PRIVATE
Your urges, relapses, journal, and reasons are yours. Shield runs on Apple's Screen Time: you pick the apps in Apple's own screen, and that list stays on your phone — Anchor never sees it. We never sell your data, show ads, or use your recovery data to train AI. You can delete your account and all your data at any time, right from the app.
MEMBERSHIP
Anchor offers a monthly and an annual plan, each with a 7-day free trial. Your subscription unlocks the full recovery program, urge tools, Shield, and progress tracking. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Anchor does not contain, enable, facilitate, or link to any betting or gambling. It's a self-help recovery tool — not a substitute for professional medical or addiction treatment. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a recognized program such as Gamblers Anonymous.
