## What is Anchori?

Run safety inspections and site audits from your phone. Capture photo and GPS evidence, collect sign-off signatures, assign findings and send PDF reports.

Anchori is built for the person on site, not the compliance team back at the office. Start your first inspection in minutes and walk away with a report you can defend.

EVIDENCE YOU CAN DEFEND
- Photo capture with GPS coordinates and a timestamp recorded on every finding
- Drop defect pins on your site floorplan, linked to the exact failed item
- Digital sign-off captured on the device at completion

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
- Smart forms: questions show and hide based on previous answers, so you only see what's relevant
- Keeps saving your answers if you lose signal mid-inspection
- Corrective actions with an owner, due date and priority, assigned the moment you find a problem
- Scheduled, recurring inspections with reminders and overdue alerts
- Professional PDF reports with site scores, trends and repeat failures

SET UP IN MINUTES
- AI drafts a complete inspection template from a one-line description, then you own it
- Conditional logic, risk weighting and evidence rules, without the spreadsheet gymnastics

Smart where it saves you time. Human where it counts.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-11

Two field time-savers in this update:

- Dictate hands-free: tap the mic on any note or corrective action and talk instead of typing — made for gloves and busy hands on site.
- Turn an existing checklist into a template: photograph a paper form, or upload a PDF, Word or Excel, and AI rebuilds it as a digital audit in seconds.

Plus reliability improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-10

Smarter inspections in the field:
- Smart forms now show and hide questions based on your previous answers (is / is not / contains)
- Drop defect pins directly on your site floorplan, linked to the failed item
- Photo evidence now carries GPS coordinates and a timestamp
- Assign corrective actions with an owner and due date the moment you find a problem

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-10

You can now manage and delete your account in-app under Settings → Security, plus general improvements

### 1.0 — 2026-08-07

No release notes.
