## What is AnchorPoint Service Connect?

AnchorPoint Service Connect is the mobile companion for court-ordered community service programs. It gives participants and on-site trustees real-time check-in and accurate service hour tracking on any mobile device.

FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- Enroll with the code provided by your court, then set your own email and password
- Check in and out at authorized service sites using your assigned PIN
- Scan QR codes posted at service locations for instant check-in
- View your complete service history, hours completed, and remaining hours
- See your active court orders and assigned service sites
- Change your password and choose your color scheme in Settings
- Secure login tied to your assigned court code — no personal account creation required

FOR TRUSTEES AND ON-SITE COORDINATORS:
- Check in other participants at your site by PIN or QR scan
- Trustee-level access for on-site coordination

Supervisor and administrator tools — attendance review, hour approval, and program oversight — are available in the AnchorPoint web portal.

IMPORTANT: To use this app you must be enrolled in a program that uses AnchorPoint Service Connect. Contact your supervising organization or court for your court code and login credentials.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-08-06

Participants can now enroll directly in the app using the code provided by their court, with no separate sign-up required.

The check-in QR code is now collapsed by default and refreshes only when you open it, which meaningfully improves battery life.

The app has a new dark appearance throughout, matching the web portal, and a new Settings screen where you can change your password and switch color schemes.
