The games crashes every minute, literally. I never experienced this amount of crashes on any other game. Wrote to customer service and no reply. Very disappointing, especially when all their servers are Europe and South Asian Pacific Servers, they discriminate American servers, hence the thousand disconnections. I talked with the customer services and they told me that you won the price so we cannot return your jades. I have a screenshot showing them when I click on it, its written 0 jades but they didn’t accept and the reason is a just a silly reward. I told many times withdraw the item and rollback and return my jades they didn’t do it. You are like a thief stealing the players jades by cheating them.
