If you’re looking for an app to use at the end of your day to slow down and reflect, this is the perfect one! It has so many features, including turning timeless philosophy into daily practice through quotes, training camps, collections you can save and revisit, guided learning, focus training, and AI-powered reflection. The app draws from Stoicism, Buddhism, Taoism, and other wisdom traditions.

My favorite feature so far is ‘Ask the Sage’, an AI council of philosophers that provides deep and meaningful insights for any question you have or even for reflecting on a quote. Highly recommended!

The App has an awesome and beautiful Apple Watch App and the Ask the Sage or Council of 5 Features in the app has very good integration functionality.
