App not so much *2025-03-02, version 4016.0.1* I’ve had to change my password 4 times since the update. It keeps locking my account and making me reset my password to get in. About two weeks ago, app stopped updating. Recently deleted app, turned off phone, turned back on and recovered app, “oops something went wrong on our end, please try again” before I even get to the sign in screen. Tried several times. What’s up guys? It allows me 24/7 access. Its easy to navigate and convenient so always. Every update has always been an improvement! ### 5/5 — Waterville Maine Office *2022-03-24, version 2.39.0* I’ve gotta say I’ve never had to deal wit car loans and credit cards before so there for I had no idea what I was doin but the manager in the Waterville/ skowhegan office was absolutely amazing and helped me thru everything from paperwork to all the annoying questions I asked. If I click anything, it logs me out. It has been like this since I got it. I miss the Five County App and card. The switch to Ancorum has been disappointing. ### 1/5 — Constant Locking Out Of Account *2026-05-12, version 4020.2.0* At least twice a month I have to go to the branch and have them override an unnecessary “restriction” on my account. It’s the worst app I’ve ever used for any banking, and it’s not at all user friendly. Not worth it, and neither is the credit union. It doesn’t let me view the messages I have in my inbox, the members to member money transfer doesn’t work and the only thing that works consistently is the stupid ad trying to get me to sign up for a loan. Please switch back to the old app it’s so frustrating I just want to switch banks ### 1/5 — New app is ATROCIOUS!!! *2025-03-02, version 4016.0.1* No option to use Face ID or a passcode. The interface s*cks, and the transfer that was sent to me was sent last Thursday and I still don’t have it (they are a 5 County member too). I only have this acct for the purpose of child support. Now it just keeps saying unable to do so please try again later? 70 something callers ahead of me, so I can’t be the only one impacted by this? ### 1/5 — App *2024-03-20, version 3.5.0* Won’t let me use the app to check my account because it’s says it needs an update and won’t let me update the app?? ### 2/5 — Five County / Ancorum is getting worse *2026-07-20, version 4021.1.3* The app works most of the time. They did a redesign recently that made it slower and removed information that is consumer friendly. On the old version I could see how much interest had accrued since my last payment on a loan, and they removed that. The customer service is great no matter who you speak to. Love my credit union and would recommend ithem to everyone.
