因为我自己也有一些不好的生活习惯，比如喜欢熬夜、忘记喝水等，一直想努力改善这些小习惯。作为一名开发者，我更喜欢极简的习惯养成工具，操作简单一点，不要无关的内容，如果能把好习惯也能一并记录，那是更好了。所以经过一段时间的创作，便创造了「戒否」，希望你们会喜欢，也期待你们成为更好的自己。

「为什么取这个名字？」
最初的想法就是创作一个戒掉坏习惯的工具，取名单字「戒」。 后来把自律好习惯也加上，本想取名「戒·律」，还挺喜欢这个名字的，不过我的初心是戒，所以折中取名「戒否」。

首先特别感谢这个app.找了好几年找到的，就是如果有个更详细的统计就好了，比如可以看这一个月，一年的情况。另外可以加一些备注，比如破戒了是因为什么，以便更好的改掉这个习惯，如果有哪怕是付费我也可以购买。软件就是监督，但是监督的另一面是深刻的认识问题，所以我觉得应该有个系统的记录和分析就更完美了，感谢您的开发。
