看到各种推荐买了连续包月想录课，大家都说这个软件好用，我的诉求也很简单就是录我写的字不露脸，比正常相机录出来带点美颜就行，买了会员导不出1080p的视频，我本身苹果电脑苹果手机分辨率很高，却告知苹果手机无法设置分辨率，客服敷衍的态度很不好，一个问题要我重复3、4遍，就一点小问题问了一上午，我就不懂了，客服不就是给人答疑解惑的吗，怎么就感觉高高在上，后来让我去退款，我又问他什么时候能到账结果又不说话了，天啊，你们可以换个客服吗，我希望我再也不要用你们这个app了
