根据国家规定所有软件用的之前扣费都应该发信息通知的，你们扣款没有来短信，我们也不知道一直在扣费，而且当时我根本没有开通会员，我们用不到这个软件，你们自动就开通了，太不合理了，被扣了一年的费用，而且一个星期就35，当时下载看到不是自己想要的软件就卸载了，一直也没有使用，我强烈要求退款
