App offers no opportunity to book in advance, though it helpfully prompts you to “try pre-booking” when you enter your journey. Also no way to set number of passengers. Why are all taxi apps/companies so utterly useless? I’d have given a zero-star review but the lowest possible is one. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2023-08-27* Booked a taxi a week in advance, didn’t show after after 20mins so called the company. They said it was on the way and an hour later I’m still standing there so I rung again. Spoke to a miserable woman who told me “ I’m not being funny but we are very busy” even though I booked it a week in advance. Never turned up. Avoid the app and the company it will be quicker and properly safer to walk. ### 2/5 — Never have change + dangerous drivers. *2023-04-30* I dunno why I bother using them, they never have change for a £10 and jive had the worst experience with 1 of the drivers 1) he spoke zero English 2) he made me put the destination in the satnav for him 3) he didn’t wait for me to put my seatbelt on he just started driving. 4) the driver didn’t wear his seatbelt the entire journey 5) he was arguing on the phone with someone the entire journey. This was extremely off putting. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-10-15* Booked a taxi 5 days in advance, never got accepted and didn’t get anything to say they was “busy” or lack of drivers or whatever stupid excuse they use these days. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could, I’d give this 0 stars ### 1/5 — Thieving driving *2022-09-09* Good app, arrived when said they would. Driver gave me Singapore $10 note in change as looks like £10. Rip off crook. Didn’t realise until got in the house in the light and he had left. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE! *2022-08-29* Worst taxi company I’ve ever known. Don’t use Andi cars/Aqua. Will tell you that you have booked a taxi and then after waiting for 2 and a half hours (was supposed to be 30 mins) will then tell you they basically can’t be bothered to get you so cancelled it without warning. Generally rude people- drivers and especially the operators on the phone. No care for others or their safety when trying to get home. If you actually want to get home and be treated like a human stick with Uber/Bolt! You would not believe the horror stories Ive heard about this company. Bottom line: don’t bother downloading this app or calling this ‘company’. ### 1/5 — Useless app! *2022-03-31* Can’t download receipt from the app Can’t add payment method It looks like this issue has been going on for ages, but they don’t care fixing it! ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Even worse service. Don’t bother *2021-10-21* The only ‘advantage’ the app gives you is an expectation of how late your taxi is inevitably going to be. No warnings or messages - just the fact you can sit there watching for when your car has actually been dispatched, and more often than not this is half an hour or more after your desired pick up time. Absolutely shocking service from what is supposed to be the biggest cab firm in the area. ### 1/5 — Bad app. *2020-02-22* Had to create a new account to be able to use the app because I couldn’t add any kind of payment option with my current account. It asked me if I wanted to add a card. I did this as most of the time I don’t have cash on me. Typed in all my card details just for the app to say that I can’t book a car using my card! Ridiculous!
