Poor user experience and interface. Have add my store preference before sign in details. Doesn’t keep history of store preference. Pricing is high than store menu. This app was designed by an amateur. Easier to pay more and order by Uber eats ### 1/5 — An unusable waste of time and effort *2022-06-24, version 1.1* In 2022 I still have to specify which store is closest to me, after I’ve already given the app my address and location. Even then I can’t order because the app won’t letting me just pick a location. The difficult menus and tiny buttons making navigating a nightmare. I used their old app all the time and it was great. I never ever rate apps but the “updated” version is literally so dreadful I can’t help but do so. I cannot believe they wasted time and money on this, it’s so bad I don’t order as often anymore which is sad. I hope they fix it soon, or whomever developed it should. Pizzas arrived fast, before tracking estimate, and were piping hot. Tasty and well priced. Says “within 30 minutes” but arrived 30 mins after I placed my order and the pizza hadn’t even been put together yet. (2am and not busy) Notifications should be added to let us know when our pizza has at least been finished. Otherwise Andiccio24 is the best pizzeria in South Africa. No others can even try competing. Also, on entering my address, the app has bypassed my nearest Andiccio’s and will not allow me to choose the one closest to me since it doesn’t appear on the menu supplied.
