C’est une honte ! 😡 - Au démarrage de l’app il est proposé de passer par le siteweb pour créer run compte, ce qui emmène vers une création de besoin d’assistance (et la requête d’un billet de train). - L’appli en elle même ne propose des services QUE aux comptes pré-existants. Mais, étant PMR (fauteuil roulant) et souhaitant créer un compte bénéficiaire sur l’application, le site me demande d’appeler le 3212 pour créer ma session. Sauf qu’au téléphone, personne ne connaît l’application et donc ne peut me créer un compte. De plus, (et là on va parler du service assist’engare), si je prends un emploi sur Paris et que je me retrouve usager quotidien, je dois appeler tous les 15 jours pour demander les assistances nécessaires. MAIS *2023-09-20* Le plus gros soucis, purement logiciel, est l'illisibilité de l'intégralité des textes en mode sombre.
