That said, there are still some usability issues. In the Market Plan, there’s no way to uncheck a vendor once they’re marked as “visited,” or to remove a vendor after visiting. This is frustrating if you accidentally mark a vendor, want to revisit them, or decide they’re not a fit and want to clean up your list. It would also be very helpful to filter the Market Plan to show only vendors visited or not yet visited. Scrolling through the full list to find who’s left to see was difficult. Also, it was out of date. It indicated vendors would be there, who were not listed in the printed book. It’s surprising the printed version was more up to date than the app. Also, I was registered for and attended the Atlanta Market, but am now receiving notifications for the Las Vegas market, even though I’m not registered or attending. Lastly, when you click the “Give Feedback” option in the app says, “Sorry, you don’t have access to this…” Overall, the app has improved and has good potential, and I hope the developers continue to build on it. ### 4/5 — Love the app *2025-01-29, version 3.6.0* Love this app! Being able to take photos for each showroom is very helpful. I wish there was more space for taking notes. And I wish you lay out a plan/order for me to visit based on my bookmarks, I.e. start on the 8th floor of building B and go to the showrooms in this order. ### 4/5 — Helpful! Seriously??? *2024-01-19, version 2.14.1* This app has been truly amazing and a great upgrade from previous apps….BUT….a few things that NEED to be fixed: 1. Having to sign in every. single. day. during market was ridiculous. Wanting to open the app for a quick reference was not possible so some days I didn’t even use it - too much hassle. Change this. NOW! 2. Pertinent market information is not on the app: there are links under “market information” for dates & hours and dining options….but they take you off the app…to the old app…which tells you to download the new app???? Plan on a headache at market. Unless they update it. The other one had so many issues as well. I was excited for this new one. Same thing! It won’t keep you logged in. It’s so outdated without facial recognition. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Limited functionality & won’t stay logged in *2023-12-21, version 2.12.0* It won’t keep you logged in. It makes it so time consuming to use. Also, you should be able to log in with face recognition. There should be a notes section for each line & rep group in your market plan. Also, you should be able to unselect that you have “visited” a showroom. I’ve accidentally marked one as visited & cannot undo it. ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-11-12, version 2.10.0* Just downloaded the app. After logging in the screen just blinks. Would really like to start planning my winter market but how? ### 1/5 — Could never login *2023-11-06, version 2.9.0* It refused my registered email address and said it could not find an account with that email. That is the email address I used to login on the website and register for the mart. I am using an iPhone 16 pro max on the latest IOS. Reinstalled multiple times and restarted my phone - still crashes every time. Even if I delete the app and redownload it, it crashes. I don’t know why I bothered spending so much time building a market plan this year… the app is keep freezing like it did years prior. Also, why make attendees download the scan and go code from the app? You send the email with instructions… just send the code in the email. I’m more than willing to help out. This should be simple. I’ve been through Juniper Market that is dead. Now Faire is all over Market. The uniqueness is gone. Most at market can’t be bought on Temu. Speak for small businesses to stop Temu. That’s why sales are down. People don’t care about ethics. You can do better than this with the money you charge for booths. ### 1/5 — Keep me logged in *2024-01-18, version 2.14.0* It keeps logging me out and I can’t find a way to ‘stay logged in’ ### 1/5 — App does not acknowledge that I am registered *2024-01-17, version 2.14.0* I have used a lot of conference/show apps, and this is proving to be one of the most difficult I’ve ever experienced. It does not recognize that I am registered and I have downloaded it to both my iPhone and android devices. What is most frustrating is that the help/frequently ask question page is useless, as well as the bot that is installed. It does not direct you to any useful questions or answers. Most apps of any type, whether they are mobile or web-based would have a simple troubleshooting page that might help a user walk-through a few steps to solve their own issues. Instead, you have to fiddle around to try to figure out what to do and or wait for a response from someone at their convenience. I hope this is fixed before I arrive at the market but as I’ve been working on this for the last 48 hours, I doubt there is a solution.
