Yet, some items that scanned with a green checkmark were not, in fact, covered, totally wasting my time! ### 3/5 — Persistent Logins Please! *2026-06-26, version 1.6* Overall, the app works well for tracking benefits of my Medicare supplement. It claims to have all kinds of tools that I should be able to access, but since it won’t recognize my login, I can’t access them. The website is marginal because it’s really meant to be on an app, but it doesn’t matter how many times I reset my password so I can log into the app. It still doesn’t work, but I can login online. I only gave it 3 stars because it listed Walmart as a store that could be used for online orders but when I tried to place my online order Walmart rejected the card. I called the company that issued the card and was told that even though they are listed in the app Walmart doesn't accept their card. That would have been nice to know before I wasted my time trying to make an order. Also, besides the UPC scanner it would be nice if the app would allow a manual entry of the UPC codes for online orders like other OTC apps do. Many retailers list the UPC codes in the product specifications of their online apps which is necessary to see if the item is covered by your health plan before you try to place an order. ### 1/5 — Can’t open *2026-01-13, version 1.2* I am confirmed as registered but app keeps going back to sign in with email. Never gets to password which I am told I have. Email verification never shows up. Yes I have checked my spam and junk. I never down load this app. 1st time. I can’t see tiny numbers & it’s difficult to register. ### 1/5 — Very, VERY Misleading *2026-05-20, version 1.6* App would be an awesome tool if it were accurate and there was useful &more customer service to help work out the kinks. Using the app to scan for qualified products in an affiliated store is a disappointment when getting to the register to find that only a select few products that you scanned and verified will be recognized by the debit card at check out. Pretty embarrassing and frustrating when the checkout clerk reveals that you need to call the bank when you know that the card is fully loaded and even the app reveals the balance of available funds for the scanned “is covered” item(s). Calling the bank number listed is not helpful, only to point out that YOU are doing something wrong, even though some of the scanned products passed without any issue. It’s also pretty sad when the card can only be used in store and not for online purchases through the same affiliated stores. The trip including time and gas money was a fail for me. I could have ordered the same stuff with free delivery and paid for it the same way I ended up paying (not using scan or &more card). Lesson learned. I can’t see all my benefits and each time I click on (horizon and more card) button on the website, it takes me no where. I also can’t find my purchases history or my nearest stores. It sometimes lets you sign in through your insurance like Braven but then it just gives you a blank screen or takes you to the Braven app but not the andmore app screen or info your suppose to get. And if you close the Braven medical info screen or go back a screen, it asks you to sign in again and you go around in circles. If you go through the andmore website, you get all the proper info and can check benefits, scan items to see if they are approved or check for participating stores.
