### 5/5 — T1D Running

*2026-07-27*

A T1D friend recommended Ando. It’s a great tool to see your blood glucose level changes overlaid with your activities and effort. Instead of comparing different charts everything is in one place. Good, actionable data.

### 5/5 — Great app!

Amazing app for tracking Blood Sugars during workouts!

### 5/5 — Great for tracking my blood sugars during activities

*2026-07-10*

Since getting back into distance running, I kept running into issues with highs and lows during my workouts. I’ve been able to use the data from Ando to keep review my blood sugar performance during my workouts and make adjustments to my routine to improve my sugars. Connects seamlessly between my Dexcom, Garmin, and Strava.

### 5/5 — T1D Elite Athlete

*2026-06-26*

This has been a game changer for myself, but more importantly, my coach and also sharing with others and my training partners my data and all the micro influences to my blood sugar during my runs and weight lifting (amongst other activity!) it’s cool to see those that live without type 1 to start to see visually how hard it is to manage, but, that it’s absolutely possible to do anything!

### 5/5 — Great App for T1D

*2026-05-07*

I came across Ando and had to try it, as I’m slowly getting into cycling and endurance rides. The app shows you your TIR and I’ve been using the data to find out what works and what doesn’t work regarding carb intake. As well as how long my rides are and when I begin to tank, this allows me to fuel appropriately. I was also excited to see my blood sugars during exercise link up with Strava, that was a fun addition too.

### 5/5 — So Insightful!

*2026-04-23*

Having this contextual data is so much better than the same charts I’ve been looking at for years!
