L’attenzione che dedicano al cliente è sempre elevatissima, con specifiche indicazioni sulle modalità e tempistiche necessarie per la cura di capelli e barba. Precisi negli orari, ma allo stesso tempo flessibili a fronte di ritardi del cliente. Se ci sono problemi di incastro tra un appuntamento e l’altro (raro) avvertono sempre per tempo, mostrando grande rispetto e consapevolezza delle esigenze della clientela.
