You can’t turn them off. Very annoying. Uninstalling it for that one reason ### 3/5 — 50/50 *2024-06-21, version 3335.0.1* The windows were down for the majority of the journey until we asked for the to be closed (they remained partially open - it wasn’t a warm night) Indian music was blaring for whole journey, we couldn’t speak to each other as we couldn’t be heard, driver said nothing to us throughout whole journey. But he was on time and did (begrudgingly) accept payment by card… ### 2/5 — Great app, horrible service *2022-09-17, version 3333.6.18* I’m giving this 2 stars purely out of respect for the developer. Otherwise, I booked a cab in advance to make sure it’s coming as I’ve had an appointment. Ten minutes after it didn’t show, I’ve called the company on the phone and a nonchalant person told me it’s a few more minutes. I’ve cancelled after 25 minutes waiting in front of my house, appointment missed, and then they informed me that transferring the money back will take a few days (they pre-charge you a higher amount for security). ### 5/5 — Great service. *2020-02-25, version 30.1.2* Great app and service. App lets you follow driver, Book in advance and chose what payment method you want to use. Cab rank principle clearly not valued by this firm. Thanks for the £75 parking fee at the Airport because your drivers couldn’t be bothered. Can’t wait for Uber in Southend your monopoly has to be broken. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2019-08-28, version 30.1.2* Booked taxi 7 hrs in advance confirmed by email all booked. Arrived at Southend expecting to board taxi. No taxi as agreed via app and email. Phoned company rudely advised company dose not work at night. Explained had a email replied so what by employee. Do not use app if you need a taxi at night. Use proper taxi company that can work at night. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2018-11-04, version 30.1.2* Booked a taxi to cliffs pavilion, we were waiting near the entrance when the phone rang to confirm arrival, within the one minute it took to walk over to the taxi, it had driven off! Unacceptable!! ### 1/5 — Rubbish service *2018-07-29, version 30.1.2* Absolute rubbish. What is the point in ‘accepting’ a booking on the app and then not bothering to show up with no warning or message to say otherwise. Abandoned at Leigh Station past-midnight with no prospect of a cab showing up. Treated rudely on the phone just telling me they’re too busy to send a cab, that a booking isn’t a guaranteed no matter how far in advanced it’s booked and spat out their dummy when I dared tell them what I thought of their ‘customer service’. Drivers won’t accept you unless you’re paying cash ### 1/5 — Wait *2025-06-01, version 3335.1.9* Phoned up taxi office at 12;30 said it will be half hour to 45 wait- which I understand because it’s a Saturday night- it gets to like 1:30 and still nothing. I call back on the app and man at office keeps saying he will be 4 minutes. So I wait and wait and still nothing, the time gets no nearly 2am I have no phone call or anything so I’m just waiting, I understand it’s busy but I had no call or nothing saying on way or is nearly here. I had to call up the office about 10 times. I have proof that he was picked up via text messages and I also have the name of driver and his number plate!! So not pleased about this I have work in 5 hours so no sleep yay just wanted my fiancé home so we can go to sleep but now I have to wait around and we can’t get a refund from previous driver!! We’ve had to book another!! Every time a new excuse but same result. Huge from with a terrible app and not to mention the time they hold your funds before returning them. Disgusting. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother. They cancel your ride without warning. *2024-02-20, version 3335.0.1* It’s 0230 in the morning and my child has been taken into hospital. I’m trying to get there. I booked a car, 5 minutes later it gets cancelled without any reason given. I call the company, they just say “No, we can’t take you” and hang up the phone. Joke of a taxi firm. ### 1/5 — Can never get a taxi *2023-09-14, version 34.0.23* The app appears to OK, however the reassuring messages that “your taxi is booked” have not yet resulted in a taxi arriving to pick me up. I did get hooked up with a driver who was within 5 minutes of my location but he refused the job. Doesn’t accept my email & password. But won’t send a password reset through , doesn’t send through a mobile code to register fresh.
