## What is Androb?

Track your water and quit bad habits with ease.

Androb helps you quit bad habits and take back control of your life — gently, without judgment, with support every single day.

QUIT WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK
Cigarettes, heated tobacco, vaping, alcohol — and cut back on coffee, sugar, fast food and energy drinks. Pick your habit and the app tailors counters, facts and milestones to it. You can also set a goal of your own.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Streaks and a daily check-in — every clean day counts
• Savings jar: see how much money you've already saved
• Real-time stats since the moment you quit
• Levels, achievements and a savings goal

HELP WHEN A CRAVING HITS
The emergency button is always one tap away: breathing techniques, the ten-minute rule and other ways to ride out the wave. Always free.

WATER BALANCE — A BONUS
Pick a daily water goal or let the app estimate it from your weight. Log each glass with one tap, and Androb will remind you to drink during the day — then stay quiet once you hit your goal.

A PET COMPANION
It starts with an egg: care for it over a few days and your pet hatches. Then feed, play and dress it up, earning stars for healthy actions.

MADE FOR YOU
• 6 languages
• Calm personalization: colors and backgrounds to fit your mood
• A caring tone — support, not pressure
• Everything you enter stays on your device

Androb is about taking care of yourself. Start today.

The app is completely free — no subscriptions, no ads.
