Doing push up’s and pull up’s has been a goal of mine for years and traditional strength training hasn’t gotten me even close to being able to do them. Man merkt, dass Andry sich viel Mühe mit dem Content gegeben hat. Mir gefällt es viel Wert auf aufwärmen und am Ende auch auf Stretching gelegt wird, was man bei anderen Apps nicht findet und dass das hier mit dem Training integriert ist, finde ich fantastisch.
