Perfectly set out and well thought out. Is helping me in my planche journey a tonne. But it’s a tad slow loading the videos. I’m assuming because I’m Australian and it’s on the other side of the world.

I love this app so much! Doing push up’s and pull up’s has been a goal of mine for years and traditional strength training hasn’t gotten me even close to being able to do them. I’m three weeks into his beginner program and I did my first real push-ups. And I’m close to being able to do pull-ups. The app is incredibly user friendly and well thought out. I am having so much fun with it, and feeling so strong! I’m a middle age woman who is showing that there is no age to what you can and can’t do.

I am so thankful to have purchased this training app. My Push and pull strings has doubled, since I have been training in the intermediate program. I am also seeing huge progress in my handstand push-up. The Academy has such big value!

Die App gefällt mir. Man merkt, dass Andry sich viel Mühe mit dem Content gegeben hat. Mir gefällt es viel Wert auf aufwärmen und am Ende auch auf Stretching gelegt wird, was man bei anderen Apps nicht findet und dass das hier mit dem Training integriert ist, finde ich fantastisch. Ansonsten auch super verständliche Übungen für cooler Calisthenics Skills.

Très bon programmes avec de bonnes explications. J'essayais de m'entrainer seul depuis plus de deux ans avec de simples vidéos youtube mais arrivé à un certain palier j'étais bloqué, je n'arrivais plus à progresser et je ne savais pas vraiment où j'en étais dans la réussite de mon objectif. Avec cette application et les différentes étapes de progression je sais exactement où je me situe et les programmes variés m'aident à vraiment développer mes points faibles.
Je ne suis qu'au début de mon séjour mais je peux enfin entrevoir mon avancée et mes progrès. Hâte de voir les résultats finaux.

Definitely feels that Andry actually spent some time and worked on many small details to make this app really nice. And workout are unique, I’ve never seen some of the exercises before
