The app won’t let me book. When you ring them the operator says it’s turned off. Why have an app if customers can’t book using it

- Interface is dreadful.

literally always says no taxis available with no option to prebook. literally tried the app when it said that so just called and surprise surprise there was taxis available

Waste of time, worked once after I downloaded, every time after that it responds with “no cars available” even for advanced bookings and suggests you call instead, when you call there are plenty of cars. Have deleted from my phone

Downloaded the app and booked a cab within a few minutes - easiest app ever! 👍

The app consistently worked well for several years with no significant issues. Then since July it constantly says no cars are available!
However a quick call completes the booking and cars are definitely available for the time required (usually a future booking).
I Have deleted and reinstalled several times but the problem persists!
